Focus music that never repeats
ONDA Focus is wordless ambient music composed live on your device for deep work, studying, writing and coding. Warm chords change slowly at a gentle tempo, with nothing sudden to pull you away, and because it is composed as it plays it never loops. Open it in your browser and press play; no account is needed to start.
What does ONDA Focus sound like?
Soft chord pads that move slowly from one harmony to the next, a low sustained note underneath and an occasional phrase on felt piano or soft keys. There are no vocals, no drops and no sudden changes in volume, so the music stays in the background where background music belongs.
Three soundscapes live in the Focus space: Quiet Momentum, Deep Work and Flow State. Each is its own sound world with its own key, instruments and room, and each is composed fresh every time you press play.
Why music that never repeats?
A playlist or a looped track has a seam. After a while you start to hear the same bar coming round again, or a new song begins with a different mood. ONDA has no files to come to the end of: a composer running on your device picks each next chord as it plays, keeping the character steady while the details keep changing.
Make it yours
- Adjust: drag one point of light to make the music warmer or brighter, calmer or livelier.
- Nature: add a quiet bed of rain, ocean, wind or air underneath, or keep it purely musical.
- Focus bed: an optional soft masking layer for open-plan offices and cafés.
- Timer: set 30, 60 or 120 minutes and the music fades out on its own.

Questions
Does focus music have lyrics?
Not in ONDA. Every soundscape is instrumental, with no voices or words, so it does not compete with reading or writing.
Does the music loop?
No. ONDA chooses every chord and phrase as it plays, so an hour in it still has not repeated itself. There is no file to come to the end of.
How long can I listen?
As long as you like. The music is endless; set the timer if you want it to fade out after 30, 60 or 120 minutes.
Is ONDA free?
Yes, during the preview. You can listen for 10 minutes straight away with no sign-up, then create a free account with just an email address to keep listening.
Does ONDA work offline?
Yes. ONDA composes the music on your device instead of streaming it, so after the first visit it keeps working without a connection. You can add it to your home screen and it plays with the screen locked.
